We also recommend the use of Uber or Lyft, two widely used apps available for Apple and Android devices which provide transportation services in a timely, affordable manner.

Taxis

Taxis are on standby at MCO, offering service to and from Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. Standard taxis can accommodate up to four people and approximate fare is $55 each way.

Self & Valet

Registered conference attendees receive complimentary self parking daily. Overnight self parking is $20 and valet is $33.

Theme Park Transportation

Disney by Shuttle Bus

Guests staying at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort receive complimentary bus service from all 4 theme parks, 2 water parks, Disney Springs® and Disney Resort hotels. Buses to the parks run from 45 minutes prior to park opening until 45 minutes prior to park close. Return buses run 2 hours after park closing.

Disney by Minnie Van™

Cruise around in style with this whimsical personal ride service powered by Lyft. Simply request a ride through the Lyft app via your smartphone.
